Copperas Falls in Red River Gorge

     I went to Copperas Falls with my family on Saturday, August 29th. The drive there was beautiful. The mountains were misty. The trail was nice and you had to cross the creek a lot. At first I tried not to get my feet wet, but eventually I went right in. We got lost in the woods. Mom thought the trail went one way, and Stephanie thought the trail went another way. I went with Stephanie, and Dad went with Mom. When we got to the waterfall Mom tried to get a selfie but it took forever! Finally she got a decent picture. Stephanie got in the waterfall with her clothes on! I ate a delicious sandwich for lunch. Sometimes when people ask us to take a picture we take a goofy picture of us. I can't wait until we go again!

    Steph looks a little like Mr. Bean, there. Also, I really liked the cool tree picture, and the misty mountains. Steph in the waterfall is probably the best, though. Great photo gallery! Thanks for sharing!

    My favorite picture is the family selfie. I love that Dad got to join us on this special hike. Having all of us in a selfie together is rare, so it's special. Plus, it was funny trying to take this awesome picture.

    You are doing a great job with your blog. I wasn't able to see it until today (because of computer issues). I love that you are sharing so many different pictures. It's fun to see the variety of beautiful nature that you get to enjoy as you hike in Kentucky. You are very blessed. Many people never set foot on a hiking path their entire lives. I hope you realize what an awesome opportunity that you are being given. This world God created for us is very special. What do you like most about hiking?
